Follow along as a I take you through my Paris Journey. Paris is so amazing and was one of my favorite trips. I got to explore some amazing tourist attractions, delicious dinners, and got to see some pretty unreal views.

Where to Stay!

My boyfriend James and I ended up staying at a hotel called Hotel Fabric. We absolutely loved it! The Hotel was clean, organized and had a lot to offer. It had a cute bar in the lobby called “The Honesty Bar” and we got one free complimentary drink when we arrived. I recommend when picking where to stay in Paris you do some research on the different districts.

The City of Paris is divided into twenty arrondissements. It is important to do some research on these different districts because they are very different from each other. Make sure you like the vibe of your district before booking a place to stay.
Night One...Dinner with a View

The first thing on the itinerary after James and I landed was reservations at Monsieur Blue. This restaurant is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of the eiffel tower. I Highly recommend booking a reservation here for dinner. However, it is on the more expensive side but the view is certainly worth it

To kick off the night we started with some fun cocktails. James got a moscow mule and I started with a cosmo martini. Both were delicious. For an appetizer I decided to go a little outside my comfort zone and try Foie Gras. Foie Gras is sort of like a spread made out of duck or goose. It was very interesting and looked a little funky but I enjoyed it. I would describe it as tasting like cheese spread.

For our main course we split two meals (when we go out to dinner we like splitting meals so we can try more than one thing) We order the filet and tuna tataki. The food was so yummy the steak was cooked perfectly and the tuna tasted so fresh

After dinner at Monsieur Blue, James and I wanted to get a closer view of the Eiffel Tower. It was so beautiful and such an unreal view to see. Actually, James asked me to be his girlfriend while we were standing under the Eiffel Tower, it's a memory I am going to remember forever. It was a great way to end a beautiful dinner
Late Night Sports Bar

To end the night we found this fun bar right near our hotel. The bar was called Le Bap it was similar to an american sports bar. Le Bap is a huge, industrial-style tavern with pool and foosball tables, draft beer and sport on giant screens. James and I ended both our nights here because we loved the ambiance so much. If you ever find yourself near this bar in Paris, definitely go in and have yourself a gin fizz...you wont regret it
My first night in Paris was so incredible and I seriously loved every second of it. The restaurant was amazing the food was good the view was unreal and the night life vibe was super fun
Day #2; Sight Seeing and Eating

To start off the second day James and I had breakfast at our hotel and then got ready to hit the Louvre. I was so excited to see the louver... and se the Mona Lisa lol. Not only was I excited to see the art, but the museum itself is just so incredibly beautiful, I was honestly just looking forward to walking around.

The museum is massive. It was kind of hard to navigate inside but everything was so pretty, we didn't mind getting a little lost. We finally stumbled upon the Mona Lisa and it was smaller than I imagined.. lol. Still really cool to see and I'm happy James and I got to take some pictures in front of it. We spent the rest of our time in the museum just walking around taking in all the art. It truly is a beautiful museum.

After the Louver we got lunch at a cafe right outside of the Louvre with the most amazing view. It was called Le Cafe Marly We got to sit outside and drink yummy cocktails and have a delicious meal while staring right at the Museum.
We spent the rest of the day walking around and shopping. After, we headed back to the hotel to get ready for dinner
Dinner and Drinks
There are so many restaurants in Paris to choose from. I highly recommend making reservations in advance because it can be hard to get a table without one. For example, Pink Mamma is a super popular restaurant. However, you need to book your table exactly one week in advance. I totally forgot that they did bookings one week before and it completely slipped my mind. Luckily Pink Mamma is part of a food chain (kinda), with almost identical food menus. They are called the "Big Mamma Group". These restaurants are very trendy and are seen all over Tik Tok. I got a reservation at Libertino, a very similar vibe to Pink Mamma

Before we went to dinner we stopped at a bar called Dirty Lemon for a drink. The bar was small but had a cozy feel to it. We had two martinis, then hopped in a taxi and headed to the restaurant. (Also just a little FYI, taxis in Paris are super easy to get, very cheap, and come fast).
Libertino...The BEST Dinner

Libertino was so beautiful. The colors lit up the room! There were flowers and greenery everywhere you looked. There was light music playing in the background as well which made the vibe fun but also felt homey.

We had our dinner reservation at 9:30, this may seem a little late to some but it's actually very common to eat dinner later in Europe. James and I both started off with two mango mules which were very tasty For dinner we actually ended up ordering the same thing…very unlike us as we usually try to order something different. However, we were both dying to try the truffle pasta.
I can confidently rate this pasta a 10/10. It was the perfect restaurant to end our Paris trip. After the restaurant, we ended back up at the sports bar from the night before for one last cocktail. Of course we played a couple rounds of pool before calling it a night
Overall Experience
Overall, I had the best time in Paris. James and I had so much fun. Everything we had to eat was absolutely fabulous. If I ever come back to Paris again I would definitely need more than just one weekend, there's so much more of Paris I would love to see However, my only tip…do NOT take pedicabs while you're there. They will scam you (learned from experience)..stick to taxis
